My main projects during my time on Riot's Central Player Dynamics Team was to update and redesign their text penalty systems with the goal of more accurately determining various types of behaviors input into game chat for League and Valorant.

Prosocial Play
Player Dynamics Design
While on the CPD team, outside of owning the designs of Riot's text penalty systems, I also gave input and support on the design research for Prosocial Behavioral frameworks, analyzing Riot's player space to determine factors that foster prosocial / positive player interactions and behavior.
